The current state: you build the memory. You design the folder structure, write the notes, maintain the templates. The agent's memory is only as good as your notes. You forget to log something, the agent doesn't know it happened.

What if the agent managed its own memory instead?

That's what Memclaw does. You make a decision, the agent logs it. You switch projects, the agent switches context. You come back after two weeks, full state restored in 8 seconds. A teammate takes over, they load the workspace and have everything, no briefing needed.
