Small Shopify store owners, how do you handle Shopify data to Google Sheets?

Curious to know - Small to Medium Shopify store owners, how do you handle data export Shopify to Google Sheets. For example real time sync for orders etc. Or such a feature is not even needed in day to day work? thanks in advance.
