For 99.9% of human history (and probably for 90% of people living today) thinking hard without some pressing need was a Bad Idea. The world was pretty much steady-state. Your survival depended on the good will of your family and community. And there was little margin for error, if whatever clever idea you thought up went badly wrong.

This platform appeals to those who would have it the other way. Those who break the cognitive lazy barrier (like those who break the brute labor inhibitors) are empowered beyond the expectation and conclusions of all others. Those who would be dependent as apposed to those who would own their knowledge and experience internally.

For some I can only imagine sex is unpleasant.
News for you others, or maybe you all for it is not always true that we recognize in ourselves our most prominent qualities.

This cognitive inhibition is the root cause.
