After all of their successes in making gender-neutral language mandatory in all government documents, I'm hoping that there'll be a feminist outrage about this. This should be gender-neutral, too, meaning mandatory for everyone.
I mean it's just a mandatory paper questionnaire. There's no harm in asking young women about their opinion, too.
From what I have understood, problem is that Germans would need to change the constitution to allow women to be mandatory drafted too. But that's not gonna happen because you usually needs something like 2/3rd of whole government to agree on that.
